We place a great emphasis on constant customer feedback in all areas of our business. Just as we depend on the expertise of our various departments for their diligent hard work, moral work ethics, and strong experienced personnel, we also depend on the feedback from our customers, who are the epicenter of all our activities. Customer feedback is collected by our department heads as this is an important and integral part of our success helping us learn and improve everyday!

Business Development

Teamed up with a band of highly motivated and knowledgeable professionals, the business development department explores new business opportunities and comes up with the best options to meet the growing demands in the marketplace. Our business development department is responsible for locating the most valuable lands in the major cities of Bangladesh. We work at negotiating with land owners to ensure a win-win joint venture or an outright purchase of land to suit our landowners as well as our customers.

Our priority is to maximize the value of land so that our landowners get maximum benefit for their land and as a company we come up with proposals that are beneficial to everyone involved.

Design and R&D

bti has been known for its detailed attention to the customers’ design needs. Through the years, our designers have worked to develop more and more advanced architectural designs, with attention to all details, introducing smart features and innovative solutions for our customers while simultaneously adding beauty to the architectural skyline of our city. All of this has been possible not only due to the dedicated full time professional architects and designers but also due to the emphasis placed on our customer feedback which has helped us develop our product and design quality extensively.

Engineering & Construction

Well experienced and highly qualified civil engineers are responsible for the management of this department ensuring a good quality of workmanship. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are in place for Quality Control (QC) of concrete and other completed work samples at every stage of the construction process. To keep a constant check on the quality of construction, we ensure that our construction process complies with the ISO 2001 certification and is reviewed on a yearly basis. We use highly efficient computerized systems to keep a track on all construction activities so as to achieve timely construction and completion of all our projects. An ongoing training program with a constant update of knowledge about changing technology and a flow of new ideas is also part of our Engineering and Construction Department culture.

We realize that there is always room for improvement and therefore our development is also based on constant customer feedback which is of utmost importance to us to ensure high quality of our buildings. As this department is the backbone of our business, we have filled it with strong and reliable personnel along with the best construction materials and technology.

Marketing & Brand Management

A truly professional Marketing & Brand Management Team is in place at bti to nurture and communicate numerous product offerings to its customers. The tools and techniques applied by the Marketing Department complement the efforts of the Sales Department and help put bti’s image and products in a proper perspective. We value our customers’ opinions and therefore have surveys for both ongoing customers as well as customers whose apartments have been handed over to them. Though we strongly believe that our products speak for themselves, we also believe that it is the customers’ right to know what is happening in our world. This is taken care of by our Marketing and Brand Department.

Sales

Our pro-active sales team is always in touch with our valued customers to update them on the latest product offerings. Every member of the Sales Team is given extensive on-site training so that he is totally familiar with the construction procedures and acquires full product knowledge. A good sales representative is not only our asset; he is also a friend to our customers, helping them choose the perfect home which suits their lifestyle.

Customer Service Department

Our Customer Service Department (CSD) is the best in the context of the Bangladesh Real Estate Industry because they treat our customers with the care and respect that they deserve. Our CSD’s goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Our well experienced CSD executives not only answer the queries of our customers, but go the extra mile to stay in touch with our customers even after their apartment has been handed over. Client feedback is an integral part of this department and so team leaders take the time out to talk to clients about any problems to ensure improved quality of service in the future. The Customer Service Department takes pleasure in doing everything in their power to make our customers happy and ensure that their experience with bti goes as smoothly and pleasantly as possible.

Maintenance

A dedicated maintenance team is fully active to provide after sales service to our customers. Headed by a senior Maintenance Engineer, the department starts working just after the project is handed over. Any minor hiccups that are there after move in or handover are addressed immediately. Along with looking after any issues related to civil, electrical, sanitary and plumbing works, our maintenance team provides a complimentary service for two years after handover.

Finance & Accounts

Finance & Accounts personnel are responsible for putting in place appropriate financial control methods, cash flow management and maintenance of proper accounting principles. Though they work in the background, their contribution towards the smooth running of all financial operations helps the customers as well as the company work with ease.

Human Resource & Training

We recognize that our human resource is our greatest asset. Therefore, the development, professional evaluation and motivation of our personnel is very important to us. The human resource department is staffed with a competent team of HR professionals who ensure that the bti members are proud achievers and get the respect they deserve- they also ensure that we have the right people for the right job. bti is a company of achievers with strong values, good work ethics, hard work and sincerity engrained in them. Our HR department works at making sure that such people are welcome and looked after in our company.

Administration

Our Admin Department ensures safety, security and maintenance of our sites, our corporate building and all our movable and immovable assets. A dedicated team is totally focused to protect the interests of the company and our customers.

Logistics

Our Logistics Department maintains liaison with all external agencies such as RAJUK, PWD, CDA, City Corporation etc. As responsible corporate citizen, bti ensures integrity and professionalism in its dealings with all external agencies.
